In 1910[5] they are renting a house on Evie Road in Albany, Whiteside, Illinois. In the home are Hiram 52, Laura 42, Emily 17 Arthur 14, Harry 9 as well as boarders Daniel Smith 42 and his daughter Bessie 9. Laura confirms she has had 6 children, but only 3 survived
In 1920[7] she lives in a home they rent in Albany, Whiteside, Illinois. In the home are Hiram 55, Laura 54 and Arthur 22.

Death
She would die on the 7th of April 1935 in Albany, Whiteside, Illinois[1] and be buried in the Oak Ridge Cemetery Albany, Whiteside County, Illinois[12]
MRS. LURA BELL, 70, OF ALBANY IS DEAD; FUNERAL TOMORROW[6]
ALBANY, ILL., April 8 (Special) Mrs. Lura Bell, 70, wife of Hiram Bell, died Sunday at 3 a.m. at her homein Albany following a brief illness of pneumonia.
She had resided in this community for many years and in Albany for 12 years.
The body was taken to the Fay Mortuary in Fulton and was later removed to the home of her son Arthur Bell, in Clinton.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Albany Presbyterian church with Rev. George Griscel officiating. Pall bearers will be John Pollar, Louis Slocum, Arleigh Settle, John White, George Rennecker and William Reedy. Interment will be in the Oak Ridge cemetery.
Surviving are the widower; one daughter, Mrs. Leo Hurley of Albany; two sons, Arthur of Cllinton and Harry of Molien and nine grandchildren. There children preceded her in death.
