Rachel was born on the 26 Sep1860 in Bloxwich, Walsall, Staffordshire, England.[1] She was the daughter of Henry Dennis and Dorothy Hogg. [2]
Rachel was living with her parents on both the 1861 and 1871 census returns in Ogley Hay, Staffordshre.[3][4]
She had left home by 1881 and was working as a general servant for Henry Folley on the census returns at 139 Golden Hillock Rd, Aston, Warwickshire.[5]
On the 25 Dec 1881 Rachel married Thomas Woodhall at Holy Trinity, Boardsley, Aston, Warwickshire.[6]
In 1891 Rachel and Thomas were living in Bordesley, Aston Warwickshire with their children Elsie(8), Florence (5), Charlotte (2) and Wlliam (?4 months). Thomas was a wire drawer.[7]
Rachel passed away in 1897.[8] After Rachels' death Thomas married Norah Haddon on Christmas Day 1900 at Sparkbrook, Birmingham.
