Lois was born about 1918 in South Australia. She was the daughter of Percival Dennis[1].
In 1939, she was working as a stenographer. She was living in the same household (21 Foster St, Parkside Sth)as Norman Percival Dennis, Percival George Dennis and Hilda Jane Dennis[2].
She married Henry Leslie Benjamin Morphett between 1939 and 1940[3] Henry's plane was lost on September 6, 1941[4], so she became a widow.
MORPHETT —NANKIVELL. —The marriage of Lois, elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P. G. Dennis, of Unley Park, to Flt-Lt. Garnet Nankivell, only son of Mrs. and the late Mr. H. Nankivell, of Unley, will be solemnised at St. Columba's Church, Hawthorn, Saturday, September 15, at 3.30 p.m.[5].
She passed away in 1988 and is buried at Moonta Cemetery [6][7].
