Henry Dennis, son of Joseph Dennis (1789-1867) and Mary (Stoughton) Dennis (abt.1798-1841), was born on Aug. 5, 1822 at Point Frederick, Kingston, Upper Canada (Ontario). He died in Weston, Ontario on May 15, 1896, and was buried three days later in Etobicoke's Riverside Cemetery.[1]
