Wallace married Mariah Herrod on 5 July 1877 in Lafayette, Mississippi, United States.^[1] Their children were:

In the 1880 census Wallace (age 25) was the married head of household in Beat 3, Lafayette, Mississippi, United States.^[2]

In the 1900 census Wallace (age 45) was the married head of household in Beat 3 (part of) Abbeville town, Lafayette, Mississippi, United States.^[3]

In the 1910 census Wallace (age 50) was the married head of household in Beat 3, Lafayette, Mississippi, United States.^[4]

In the 1920 census Wallace (age 65) was the married head of household in Beat 1, Marshall, Mississippi, United States.^[5]

Wallace died sometime between 1920 and 1940.

Research Notes

Wallace's estimated death period is from the 1940 US census record for his wife Mariah where she is recorded as widowed. I'm unable to find a 1930 census record for her to narrow the range. ^[6]
