Biography

Mary Ann Dennison was born in Loudoun County, Virginia.[1]

In 1823, Mary made purchases from the estate sale of Isaac Hatfield [2]

In 1850, forty-seven-year-old Mary A. Hatfield of Virginia lives with her husband, two children, and two other young men who are likely her nephew in Green Township, Hancock County, Indiana.[3]

After her husband's death, she married widower Joseph Barrett in Rush or Hancock Co, IN. Second marriage for both.

Her father's last will and testament names her and current husband Barrett (1861) to 1/7th of his estate.

Mary Ann died on July 7, 1878 in Hancock County, Indiana.[1]

The merge should actually be Dennison-Hatfield 1 into Dennison 611.

Dennison-611 and Dennison-Hatfield-1 appear to represent the same person because: Dennison 611 was Married to Hatfield until 1850? then married Joseph Barret. Her father's last will and testament names her and current husband Barrett (1861) to 1/7th of his estate.

Last will and testament of her father Thomas Dennison, June 20 1861, left her and her husband Joseph Barrett of Hancock County Indiana, 1/7 of his estate. She may have had another husband.
