Denny-1325 and Denny-2167 do not represent the same person because: Jeanette Denny is my 3rd great-grandmother. Her parents were William Denny Sr. and Sarah Bailey Henderson. Jeanette Denny was the second wife of my 3rd great-grandfather, Robert Craig. Robert Craig first married Margaret Whitehill in 1768. She died in 1777, and he married Jeanette Denny on December 24, 1778. Jeanette Denny Craig died on September 16, 1808 and is buried in the Sinking Springs Cemetery. Robert Craig died on February 4, 1834. He is buried with his second wife, Jeanette Denny, in the Sinking Springs Cemetery. Genet Ross Denny-1325 IS NOT the same person as my 3rd great-grandmother, Jeanette Craig Denny-2167. The proposed merger should NOT be allowed. James F. Haynes, Ph.D.
Denny-1325 and Denny-2167 appear to represent the same person because: William Denny's will mentions a grandson William Denny Craig. It doesn't mention Jeannette, which implies she had died by 1784.
