Biography

Hiram was born in December 1823 in Gallia County, Ohio. He is the son of William Denney and Barbara Hoppes. He passed away in October 1898 in Pulaski County, Indiana and is buried in Buck Cemetery, Thornhope, Pulaski County.^[1]

Hiram married Jane Mead on 1 January 1845 in Gallia County, Ohio.^[2] They had children (1900 census states Jane mother of only 6 children, 4 were living in 1900):

Hiram has been mistakenly added as son of Noah Denney. There is no evidence to support Noah as his father.
