John was born in 1839. He is the son of Noah Denton and his wife Sarah. [1] John married Pennia Jane Miller. In 1860 they are enumerated on the federal census in Jackson County, Tennessee. [2] In 1870 and 1880 they are enumerated on the federal census in Wayne County, Illinois. [3][4] John died 1918 in White County, Arkansas. [5]
