E. R. (Rogers) Edmondson
I have been back and forth across VA and TN tracing my ancestor Doswell Rogers for over 50+ years. I have only been able to prove that Doswell married an Ann unknown and that in 2022 I have never found any other wife. There are only TWO records that I have ever found for this woman which are deed records in the courthouse in Wythe Co. VA. Until someone shows me documentation to prove there is a different wife I would NOT put unproven women as his wife that I have seen posted all over the internet and in Ancestry trees. You can't say it, if you can't document it has always been my motto.

I also have the all of Doswell's issue documented. There are more than 5 issue. And, there is no way to document when Doswell was married and where it took place. There is a missing page or two in his life that I have never been able to document in 50+ years and I have tried.
