It has been reported to be the grave of Elizabeth (Denton) Underwood (b: 1849, d: 1877, d/o Tidence Lane & Meeky (Holder) Denton, wife of William Marshall Underwood (md: 28 Dec 1871 White Co., TN). Hers was the first grave in this cemetery.
