Biography

Charles was born in 1878. He passed away in 1962.

C A Deppe was the son of Henry and Mary Hoffman he was survived by children 1)Edwin F ( b10 June, 1905- d 15 Nov 1952) Sedalia, MO 2) C.F. Of Franklin, Indiana 3) Mrs Eric S Holmgren, Fort Wayne, Indiana

Dr Deppe graduated from the University of Missouri in 1901. He did graduate work at the university of Chicago, and received his Masters degree at LaGrangeCollege. He taught in Sedalia Mo and was at Franklin College as the head of the Dept of Biology. He was a lecturer at Indiana St U, Ball St, and Butler U. He was a life member of the Baptist Church and directed the church choir.
