Biography

Ann was born in 1821. She was the daughter of Timothy Deuel and Maria Lansing Clute.

Ann married Henry Neff before 1850. They did not have children.

They were in Saratoga, Saratoga, New York in 1850.^[1] They were in Wilton, Saratoga county, New York in 1860 and 1880.^[2][3] They were in Saratoga in that county in 1900.^[4]

She passed away in 1903, according to an obituary published in the Amsterdam Recorder:^[5]

"Ate Supper; Died Soon After

Ann Neff was the wife of Henry Neff of the town of Saratoga, and she was 82 years of age. She had barely finished her supper when she collapsed. Her husband and other members of the family carried Mrs. Neff to a lounge. A messenger was sent for Dr. Kelly, who lives about a mile from the Neff place. She had expired, however, when the physician arrived, although he made the trip in all haste."
