Biography
Charles was born about 1841. His death was registered in the April-June quarter 1906. [1]
The 1901 Ireland census shows Charles as an illiterate car driver living at Alexander Street West, Smithfield, Antrim, Ireland [2] and 1901 Census National Archives lists the following in the household:
