Isaiah was born on 9 May 1853 in Lenawee, Michigan. He was the son of Isaiah Dibble and Zoe Le Duc and the ninth of 10 children. He married Mary Ann Guyer on 13 June 1881 in Elkhart, Elkhart, Indiana.[1] They had one child. He was a locomotive engineer.
Death and Burial
Isaiah died on 1 Aug 1885 in Elkhart, Indiana.[2] He was buried in Rice Cemetery, Elkhart, Indiana.[3]

Isaiah was seven years old living with his parents for the 1860 United States Census.[4]
