Biography
Phillis was born about 1766. She is the daughter of Thomas Dibley and Martha Gilbert. [1]
Thomas Parrott married Phillis Dibley in Cranbook, Kent on 26 December 1791.[2]
In 1841 Phillis was living with her son and his family in Cranbrook.[3]
