Biography

John was born in 1854. His parents were John Dice and Sarah Rank. He married Carrie Youst in 1881 and together they became parents of seven children. John began his adult life as a teacher, then later worked as an architect, contractor and builder. He passed away in 1928 and was laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, Los Angeles County, California.
