Their daughter was Martha Alyce (Dick) Valois (1941 - 2013).
He was divorced from Vivian on 23 Jun 1955 in Great Falls, Cascade, Montana. Vivian had filed and it was granted based on extreme cruelty.[3]
James passed away 16 Aug 1963.[4][5]
