Biography

Emma was the daughter of Duncan & Hannah Dickinson. She was born in Wakefield. her religion was Free Christian Baptist & was converted by Rev. Charles Bell in 1852 at Victoria Corner, N.B. She married Jonathan Brown Jr. at Florenceville, N.B. Jan. 31, 1860. She was operated on for breast cancer in 1912. She died Nov. 27, 1914. The funeral was conducted by Rev P J Trafton on November 29, 1914. Emma was buried at the Lower Brighton Cemetery.
