In 1757, she and Dr. Samuel Dickerson were jointly appointed guardians of her young children, Samuel, Daniel, Stephen, and Enoch (all of non age), and Moses being of lawful age made the choice of Dr. Samuel Dickerson as his guardian.[1]
In 1759, Daniel Pickit and Abigail his wife both of Danbury were appointed guardians of John Comstock, son of Daniel Comstock, decd., late of Danbury.[2]
