Homer was born in 1903. [1][2]He was the son of Arthur Diehl and Rebecca Long. The 1910 and 1920 census information shows him living with his parents and siblings in Rockingham County, Virginia. [3][4] In 1932 he married Loretta Valentine Fike.
[5] Homer lived in the Hummelstown, Pennsylvania area his adult life, engaged in farming. Homer passed away in 1982. [6][7]
