Biography
James William Dillard was born on 16 September 1922 in Izard County, Arkansas, United States, son of George Cleveland Dillard (1885–1966) and Ellen Louisa Lackey (1885–1965).[1]
In 1940 he was living with his brother in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma.[2]
He registered for the draft for World War II. [3]
He died on 17 April 1986 in Long Beach, Los Angeles County, California, United States, aged 63.[4]
