Biography

Charles Dillard was from Izard County.

Charles Ray Dillard was born on 29 June 1927 in Iuka, Izard County, Arkansas, United States, son of George Cleveland Dillard (1885–1966) and Ellen Louisa Lackey (1885–1965).[1] [2]

Charles registered for the draft for World War II. [3] He served in the US ARMY AIR CORPS 1944 & 45.

He died in 1990. He is buried in Peoples Cemetery, Dolores, Montezuma County, Colorado. [4]
