Biography

Ruth was born in 1776. She was the daughter of John Dillard and Sarah Stovall. She passed away after 1850.

Ruth married John Spencer in Henry, Virginia, 29 August 1796.^[1]

Research Notes

John and Ruth (Dillard) Spencer had a daughter, Jane Spencer (1809-1897), who married John Hairston Jamerson (1811-1903) on 13 February 1833. Their daughter Sallie Ann Jamerson married Nehemiah Finley,^[2] son of James and Unis (Bonham) Finley.^[3][4]
