Nora was Choctaw.

Nora was born 8 Oct 1897 at Silo, Blue, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory[2], the daughter of Eugene Dills and Rosa Beal. Nora passed away 3 Jul 1964 at Durant, Bryan, Oklahoma. She is buried at the Highland Cemetery, Durant, Bryan County, Oklahoma.[3]
