Annie (Dilworth) Fisher was born in Lancashire, England.

Annie was born in Liverpool, Lancashire, England in 1875. Her birth was registered in the first quarter. She was the daughter of Robert Dilworth, and Ann or Anna Aspinall. She was the fifth, of nine children. Annie remained in the Liverpool area until her marriage in 1894. She is enumerated in the 1881 census residing with her grandmother, Eliza Gibbs, and in 1891, she is listed as a servant in the household of a Hugh Williams.

Annie was married to John Matthew Fisher, in Liverpool, at All Saints Church, on July 9, 1894. Annie and John would continue living in the Liverpool area, and have six children between 1897, and 1912. Annie passed away on February 5,1944. Her death was registered in Liverpool North. Annie's personal effects were left to son, John Wise Fisher.
