Frank Dimmick, son of Edward Dimmick and Ann Porter, ^{[1] [2] [3]} was born in about February 1849 in Freshwater, Isle of Wight. ^{[2] [3] [4]} He was baptised on 25 March 1849 in Freshwater, Isle of Wight. ^[1] He died on 1 February 1930, his death was registered in Ryde, Isle of Wight. ^{[5] [6] [7]} He was buried on 8 February 1930 in Ryde Old Parish Cemetery, Ryde, Isle of Wight. ^[7]
