Biography

Louisa (Dimmick) Jobling was a centenarian, living to age 104.

Louisa Jane Dimmick, daughter of Mary Dimmick, ^[1] was born on 7 December 1866 in Freshwater, Isle of Wight. ^{[2] [3] [4]} She was baptised on 27 January 1867 in Freshwater, Isle of Wight. ^[1] She married William Harry Jobling on 1 July 1889 at St James, East Cowes, Isle of Wight. ^{[5] [6]} She died in about February 1971, her death being registered in the New Forest, Hampshire. ^[4]

On 2 April 1871 in Colwell, Freshwater, Isle of Wight, with her grandparents Edward Dimmick and Ann Dimmick, her aunts and uncles Caroline Dimmick aged 26, Charles Dimmick aged 18, George Dimmick aged 13 and Jane Dimmick aged 10 and her cousins Alice Dimmick aged 5 and Walter Dimmick aged 1. ^[3]
