Biography

Jacob Spurgeon Ditch was born on August 2, 1868 in Illinois to David Ditch and Elizabeth Fults.[1]

According to the 1880 census, Spurgeon lived with his parents and siblings in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri.[2]

On February 24, 1891, Spurgeon married Emily Janis in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri.[3]

Spurgeon died on October 21, 1931 in Ferguson, Missouri.[1]

He is buried in the Concord Cemetery in Bloomsdale, Missouri.[4]
