The biography for Richard Dixon is empty. What can you add?

I saw your note on a recent merge and as it was clearly a cry for help, here I am! We can fix this, and soon you'll find the site gets easier (and yes, there is a learning curve!). Do try the New Member How To, recommended below, and start with small steps. Let me (or a Mentor-- we can get you one, highly recommended) help you with your questions!

Thanks for volunteering! You are now a full member of the WikiTree community, and can start adding your family. Let me know if you have any questions.
Since WikiTree is different from other genealogy sites, we have a guided tour for new members at New Member How-To. Feel free to work through the How-Tos at your own pace.
Once you add profiles to WikiTree they become searchable and in my experience persons interested in these profiles will contact you and may provide further information to expand your family tree.
Great to have you on board, enjoy, and good luck growing your branches.

To Volunteer just add any surnames of interest into Tags so that you have one tag for each surname and location. By doing that, when you are confirmed as a full member you can then click on those tags, and you'll be taken to a page where you'll see other genealogists who are also following those surnames and locations. I really encourage you to explore the connections it helps you make. :-)
Don't forget to Check the Volunteer Box
Also Note There is a button to click at the bottom of the page that says Add tags and Volunteer. It is rectangular.
When you have done that one of our Greeters will confirm you as a full member so that you can Edit your Profile and enter information into WikiTree.
