Mary moved with her parents from Sackville to Kirtland Ohio in 1837. On November 22, 1843, she married Charles B. Wightman.[2] They lived in Kirtland until 1862 and then settled in Payson, Utah.[3] Their children were: Amy J, Mary E, Joseph, Caroline L., Charles H., Martha E., William E., Arthur A., Abbie May, and Merton who died in infancy.[4]
Mary Ann died on November 10, 1903 and was buried in the Payson City Cemetery.[5]
