Biography

Frank was born in 1902 in as Frank Pleasant Dickson Birth location unknown, but thought to be either Tallula, Illinois or McRoberts, Kentucky. He changed his last name to DIXON in 19xx, so his two children have a surname of Dixon. When the birth information, and surname, is validated, his Wikitree record will have the Surname corrected to reflect his birth surname, not the surname he used later in life.

He worked as a Policeman in Springfield, Illinois. ^[1]
