Biography

Elvira Elizabeth Dixon was born in 1858 near Greensboro Florida to Stephen Willard Dixon and Eleanor Annie MacIntosh.

She married William Andrew Renney, son of John William Renney and Leonora Lowe Renney, 10 February 1875 in Hillsborough County, Florida. The couple had children - including William Aaron, Burrell, Samuel Perry, Lawrence, Percy, Morris, Frederick, and Martha Lenora "Mattie" Renney.

Elvira Dixon Renney died 14 December 1924 in Gulfport, Florida at 66 years of age.
