Research Notes
In The Porterfields (1947), Charles Lockhart Porterfield's is listed as Mary Jane Dixon (1809-1857).[2] In the 1850 US Census she appears as Nancy H.,born about 1804 (age 36). These are presumed to be the same person with a name of Nancy H.[1]
Other researchers (Family Search) report her last name as Dickson.
