Biography

John Edward Dixon was born on 25 January 1902 in St Helens, Lancashire. He was the son of John William Dixon and Mary Catherine (Whelan) Dixon. His birth was registered in the first quarter of 1902, in Prescot district.

John married Mary Elizabeth Huyton in 1934, in a registrar-attended ceremony in Wigan district.

John died in 1974 in St Helens. He was cremated on 16 Apr 1974 at St Helens Crematorium.

Mary died on 15 Oct 1993 in Warrington district, aged 88. She was cremated on 22 Oct 1993 at St Helens Crematorium.
