Biography
- Richard Conway Dobbs was born on 18 April 1753.2 He was the son of Conway Richard Dobbs and Anne Stewart.2,1 He married Nichola Obins, daughter of Michael Obins and Hon. Nichola Acheson, in 1792.3 He died on 24 January 1849 at age 95.2
