- Mary's Death Notice reads:
- "TAYLOR, Mary Matilda - June 15, 1982 at hospital, late of Auburn, dearly loved wife of Herb (deceased), beloved mother of Madge, Edna, Molly, Irene and Roma, adored mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Aged 94 years. In God's care." After a Service at Baptist Church, Harrow Road, Auburn she was buried at Rookwood (Zone F, Independent Lawn A - 400)
