William Gifford Dobson was born on 18 Oct 1862 in Cape Spear, Westmorland, New Brunswick, Canada, son of William Dobson (~1818 - ) and Ruth Caroline Wells (1839 - ~1896).
William (59) married Pearlin Polley (~25) (born in Upper Cape, Westmorland in 1897) on 22 Aug 1922 in Port Elgin, Westmorland[1].
William died on 22 Jul 1932 in Amherst, Cumberland, Nova Scotia aged 69. He is buried in Bayfield Cemetery, Bayfield, New Brunswick.[2]
He married for a second time in 1922.
