Birth & Baptism 1756 Ulrome
Laurence Dobson was born in 1756 in Ulrome near Skipsea (on the coast) toward the northern end of the plain of Holderness in the East Riding of Yorkshire. [1]

Laurence Dobson marries Elizabeth Hobson of Skirlaugh late in 1782. [2]

Laurence Dobson born in Wawne 4 miles (6km) west the following year is clearly a child of this marriage. There may be other children.
