George Dodd was enumerated as son at Sulphur Township, Miller County, Arkansas for the June 7, United States Census, 1880. He was noted as a farmer, born 1864 in Georgia and single as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household is self Edwin Dodd.[1]

He is not on the 1870 census, but maybe he came to Arkansas by other means as was with other family when the 1870 census was taken. These are most likely not his parents but likely his grandparents.
