There are many advertisements in South Australian papers that can be found on Trove for the coach builders "Williams and Dodd". An interesting one is found at the closure of this business where the first names of the individuals are William Williams and Edwin Dodd. The dates are from 1888 to 1892. The first instance is https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/207756767?searchTerm=william%20dodd the separating of the partnership is https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/207757105?searchTerm=william%20dodd.
But their 'superior' carts are being advertised in 1900 https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/208929420?searchTerm=william%20dodd
