Richard was born in 1931 to William Jenkins and Irene Dodd.
He served in the Navy during Vietnam.[1][2]
He married three times:
- Patricia Pridemore, in 1952 [3]
- Grace Blandena Clowser, in 1954 [4] and divorced in 1958. [5]
- Cedelice Marie St Laurent, in 1959 [6]
Richard died on 21 Nov 2009 in Putnam, West Virginia [7] [8]
