Thanks for your warm welcome Norman.

I accidentally came across the page on WikiTree “Standen” Genealogy while searching for information on a Standen who is somehow related to me. I am from Chile and my name is Manuel Fernandez-Canque, not so British as you can gather. But I had my father, born in Peru in 1886 and a homeless poor orphan who was met by Rev. William Frederick Standen, then a missionary of the Methodist Church and he rescued the boy and took him into his house where he was properly brought up among a crowd of brothers and sisters, all siblings born to the marriage of William Frederick and Annie Standen and thus he was informally adopted as a son. That's my reason for joining. Thanks again. Manuel

Asahel Dodge is my 5xGr GF. Anna Dodge my 3x Gr GM. I have Fullers back to England on both paternal lines, Pages (Robert...Edward(Mayflower)...Samuel...Mary Fuller and Wright (Alma Fuller’s line back to Ralph...Thomas...Robert... Jonathan Fuller).

Ralph and Robert May have been brothers in Redenhall, England.

The Fullers are very confusing back then with all the intermarriages and repeated use of the same names! Crazy.

Thanks.

Thanks for the welcome. I have just recently decided to look into my family tree as I have been given some of my departed relatives birth certificates. In time I hope to be able to add these and see if I can locate any relatives previous to these.
