Martha married Aaron Phipps in 1825 in Wayne county, Kentucky.
Martha appears in the 1860 Federal census in Vermilion County, Illinois in the household of her husband Aaron. Aaron's household appears as follows: Aaron Phipps age 66, occupation farmer; Patsy E. Phipps age 54; Frances P. Phipps age 15; and Robert D. Kinman age 19.[1]
Martha appears in the 1870 Federal census in Champaign County, Illinois in the household of her husband Aaron. Aaron's household appears as follows: Aaron Phipps age 70, occupation farming; and Martha Phipps age 68.[2]
Martha died the 5th of May 1875. Martha is buried in the Fairchild Cemetery, Danville, Vermilion County, Illinois.[3]
