Biography
Candis Dodson was born 1 August 1828 in Giles county, Tennessee. Candis was the daughter of Greenham H. Dodson and Mary Brooks.
Candis died the 6th March 1840 in Giles county, Tennessee. Candis is buried in the Dodson Cemetery, Giles county, Tennessee. The inscription on her tombstone reads: "Dau of G.H. & Marcy Dodson"[1]
