Biography

Michael Joseph Doherty was born on 12 June 1910. He was the son of Joseph Doherty and Rose Rooney. He was baptized on 19 June 1910 at St. Michael's Parish Church in Iona, Queens, Prince Edward Island. ^[1][2]

In 1950, Michael (age 39) lived at his father-in-law, Thomas Corcoran's household in Long Island City, Queens, New York with his wife Rose and three children (Michael, Eileen, and Bryan). His birthplace was Canada. His occupation was chef in a restaurant. ^[3]
