Biography

Born in California, grew up in Marin County in the 60's. Lots of great music in the City, then at 18 joined the Navy for 4 years, during the end of the Viet Nam War. Moved to Oregon to study forestry, met my wife at U of O and moved around a bit before stetting in Portland, Oregon to raise a family and work.

One more thing; as you go along you may want to consider adding more tags. They are very useful for finding others who are researching the same names and places. Find your tags here. You can find more information about tags here.

Tags should be single surnames, locations, or genealogical interests related to your family research. Comments should relate to why those tags interest you.

Everyone does this a little differently but you can have a look at the tags on my profile to get an idea. Hope that helps!
