Biography
Marie Doiron was born in 1805 in Rustico, Queens, Prince Edward Island, Canada, daughter of Joseph Doiron (1766 - ) and Marie-Angélique Gallant (1770 - 1818).
Marie married Etienne Pitre (born in Rustico about 1797, died in Rustico about ~20 March 1879), child of Pierre Pitre and Martine Gallant, on 21 September 1819 in Rustico. Their children were:
- Judith Pitre (1821 - ~1883)
- Maxime Pitre (1822 - 1903)
- Maurice Pitre (1823 - 1901)
- Sévère Pitre (1825 - ~1891)
- Charlotte Pitre (1827 - )
- Gilbert Peters (~1829 - >1911)
- Octave Pitre (1830 - 1880)
- Sylvain Pitre (1832 - 1836)
- Marie Pitre (1834 - )
- Sylvain Pitre (1836 - 1913)
- Maxime Pitre (1839 - 1901)
- Valérie Pitre (1842 - 1881).
Marie died in 1842 in Rustico aged ~37.
