Marie-Blanche was born about 1753-1754 on Isle St. Jean in Grand Anse (now Orwell Bay area, PEI). Marie-Blanche is the child of Alexis Doiron and Madeleine Josephe Bourg. [1][2]
Like her younger brother, Joseph-Marie, Marie-Blanche died during the crossing to St. Malo, Brittany, in late 1758 or January 1759 -- their family having been expelled by the British in the fall of 1758. [2][3]
Discussion
Researcher Karen Theriot Reader Reader-22 lists only 2 spouses for Alexis Doiron. See here: Alexis Doiron. The issue for this profile is who is this woman's mother. I have assumed it was Madeleine Josephe Bourg. Please discuss.
Marcel Landry says Alexis and Marie Josephe Bourg were her parents. He has first Marguerite Thibodeau and second Madeleine Josephe Bourg and no third wife.Marie Blanche. Removed that phrase from biography as it is unsourced.(Bourque-573 17:39, 2 February 2022 (UTC))
