Mattie was born 20 April 1909 in Randolph County, Alabama. Her parents were John Daniel Dollar and Emma V. Adamson. She was married to Wilbur Huff in Chambers County, Alabama in 1929. She passed away in 1986 in Lanett, Chambers County, Alabama.
